B Chiro Sc M Chiro, Member Australian Chiropractors Association, International Chiropractic Paediatric Association
I’ve been practicing in Sydney for more than 20 years, and it’s nice to be home again. I am a member of the Australian Chiropractors Association and the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association.
I’m experienced caring for newborns and children right through to grandparents and elderly adults. I take a special interest in helping people better regulate how their body copes with stress, and in doing so helping them have a better experience of life physically and emotionally. I find this approach especially helpful for kids with a variety of challenges, as well as people who have been through challenging life experiences and whose bodies continue to hold those experiences.
I was originally inspired to become a chiropractor after having care as a growing teen athlete in Lismore with local chiropractor Allan Plenty. My wife and I have raised our 3 boys in a chiropractic household with regular care and have seen the benefits it’s had for them (though they’re all adults now!). I also regularly adjust my own parents who are now in their early 80’s.
The journey to developing Spinal Somatics was never originally one I intended, but I’ve distilled the knowledge and experience of the past two decades into an incredibly gentle technique that is suitable for every body - young or old.
